摘 要:采用灰色关联决策分析法对矿排水方案进行了优化选择,将定性与定量分析相结合,从而科学、合理地做出决策。本文以西鞍山铁矿为例,针对矿山的水文地质和涌水情况,提出了一段排水和分段排水2套方案,通过建立基于层次分析的灰色关联决策模型,将方案的基建费、运营管理费、能耗、技术指标及工程量等作为评价指标,对矿排水方案进行决策优化,最终确定分段排水为该矿山最优排水方案。实践证明,基于层次分析的灰色关联决策模型更能客观地反映系统要素的全面影响,使评价结果更为科学、合理,能达到全面、综合、准确的择优效果,可为矿排水方案优化选择提供较好的科学依据。Mine drainage schemes were optimized by the grey relational decision method,combining with qualitative and quantitative analysis, and the decision was made scientifically and reasonably. Taking west Anshan iron ore as an example,the schemes of one section drainage and sectional drainage were proposed. After the establishment of grey relational decision model based on AHP,taking the expenses of capital construction, expenses of operation and management, power consumption,technical parameters and engineering quantity as evaluation indexes,mine drainage scheme were optimized. Finally,the sectional drainage was selected as the optimized scheme. The case showed that the grey relational decision model based on AHP could reflect objectively the whole influence of system factors,so that the evaluation results could be more scientific and reasonable. It could be complete,comprehensive and accurate optimization,and it could provide scientific basis for the selection of mine drainage scheme optimization.
