摘 要:目的探讨SBAR沟通模式在急诊病区护理交接班中的应用效果。方法根据SBAR沟通模式建立"急诊病区交班模板",规范护理床边交接班的顺序和内容。结果因交接不良导致的交接遗漏和信息传递不清等问题在使用SBAR沟通模式交接后已明显减少;应用SBAR沟通模式后,护士对患者病情掌握情况优于应用前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);应用SBAR沟通模式前护士对交接现状的满意度为82.3%,应用后满意度为96.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用SBAR沟通模式规范交接班顺序及内容,能使护士全面掌握患者的整体病情,并快速明确后续治疗及护理重点,从而保障患者安全,提高护理质量及患者满意度。Objective To discuss the effect of SBAR communication model applied in nurs- ing duty shifting in emergency ward. Methods According to SBAR communication model, a duty shifting template in emergency ward was built up to standardize the order and content for nm'sing duty shifting in emergency ward. Results The problems of information missing and un-clarifying during duty shifting were obviously decreased after SBAR communication model. Under SBAR communica- tion model, mastery condition for patients was better than before(P 〈0.05 ), and the satisfaction tot current duty shifting was improved from 82.3% to 96.05%, and there was statistically significant difference(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Application of SBAR communication model can comprehensively master patients' whole situation, quickly understand sequential treatment and c, onfirm intensive care to ensure the safety of the patients and improve the nursing quality and satisfaction.
