摘 要:目的探讨阶段式健康教育对PICC置管化疗患者健康知识及并发症的影响。方法将80例PICC置管的肿瘤化疗患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规健康教育,观察组采用阶段式健康教育,比较2组健康知识的掌握、并发症的发生率、舒适度以及带管时间。结果观察组在置管必要性、优点、注意事项、维护知识等健康知识方面的得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组在生理、生理、精神等方面的舒适度高于对照组,并发症少于对照组,带管时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阶段式健康教育能够增加PICC置管化疗患者的健康知识,减少并发症,延长带管时间。Objective To investigate the effect of stage health education on health knowl- edge and complications of PICC patients undergoing chemotherapy. Methods A total of 80 cancer patients with PICC undergoing chemotherapy were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the control group received routine health education, the observation group was given stage healthy education, healthy knowledge, complications, comfort and intubation time were compared. Results Health knowledge score in catheter necessary, advantages, precautions, maintenance knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was sta- tistically significant (P 〈 0.05 ). Physiological, physical, and mental comfort in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the complications were less than those in the control group, intubation time was shorter than that in the control group, the differences were statistically sig- nificant (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Health education can increase the health knowledge of PICC pa- tients undergoing chemotherapy, reduce complications and prolong intubation time.
