摘 要:目的探讨临床护理路径在糖尿病患者健康教育中的应用价值。方法选取126例住院治疗的2型糖尿病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组63例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施临床护理路径,随着住院时间推移逐步实施健康教育措施。比较2组入院及出院时的健康知识掌握情况,评估出院时的治疗依从性及护理满意度。结果 2组出院时健康知识掌握情况各项评分均较入院时显著升高(P<0.01),观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。对照组定时定量用药、合理饮食、坚持运动、自我监测及定期复查依从率分别为79.37%、73.02%、76.19%、65.08%及74.60%,观察组各项依从率分别为92.06%、87.30%、92.06%、82.54%及88.89%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组满意率80.95%,观察组护理满意率95.24%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径在糖尿病患者健康教育中应用效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the application value of clinical nursing pathways in the health education of patients with diabetes. Methods A total of 126 hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 63 cases for each group. Control group was given routine nursing, observation group was added with clinical nursing pathways and health education measures. The grasp condition of health knowledge on admission and at discharge was compared between two groups, and therapeutic compli- ance and satisfactory degree of nursing were evaluated at discharge. Results All scores of grasp con- dition of health knowledge increased significantly at discharge than those on admission in both groups (P 〈 0.01 ), which were markedly higher in observation group than those in control group (P 〈 0.01 ). The rates of compliance in timing and quantitative drug administration, proper diet, persist exercise, self- monitoring and regular re - examination were 79.37% , 73.02% , 76. 19% , 65.08% and 74.60% in observation group, which were evidently lower than the 92.06%, 87.30%, 92.06%, 82.54% and 88.89% in control group (P 〈 0.05). In addition, the satisfactory degree of nursing was 80.95% in control group, which was notably lower than the 95.24% in observation group, and the difference was significant (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Application of clinical nursing pathway has ex- cellent efficacy in the health education of patients with diabetes, and it deserves widely application in clinic.
