摘　　要：积极探索工程装备实战化教学的理论与方法,对提高实战化训练条件下的工程装备人才培养质量具有重要意义。分析了实战化教学的基本概念和本质内涵,阐述了工程装备实战化教学的地位作用,从更新教学观念、优化教学内容、转变教学方式、创设教学环境和检验教学效果5个方面,提出了开展工程装备实战化教学的具体方法途径,为开展工程装备实战化教学实践提供了借鉴。Positive exploration into the theory and methods of combat-oriented teaching of engi-neering equipment is of great importance for the enhancement of training quality of talents in combat-oriented exercise conditions.The paper analyzes basic concept and connotation of the combat-oriented teaching,illustrates the position and role of combat-oriented teaching of engineering equipment and brings out the method and approach in five respects including updating teaching concept,optimizing teaching contents,changing teaching mode,creating a teaching environment and inspecting teaching effect to conduct the practices in the area.
