慢性病空巢老人用药安全认知水平及其影响因素研究

摘　　要：[目的]了解慢性病空巢老人用药安全知识的认知水平及其影响因素,为促进合理用药提供依据。[方法]2015年2月—9月采用自制问卷对四川省成都市符合纳入标准的空巢老人用药安全认知进行调查,并分析其影响因素。[结果]被调查者对用药安全知识的认知得分为(30.32±9.78)分,不同年龄、文化水平、职业、收入水平的空巢老人对用药安全知识的认知水平存在差异(P<0.01);独居空巢老人与夫妇空巢老人ADR发生率、用药安全认知得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);多元逐步回归分析显示,影响空巢老人用药安全知识得分的因素依次是年龄、文化程度、职业、是否接受过用药安全的健康教育和是否发生过ADR。[结论]慢性病空巢老人用药安全知识认知水平较低,对安全用药的理念存在模糊认识。空巢老人自身要加强用药安全知识的学习,全社会应加大开展合理用药活动,促使空巢老人安全用药,降低ADR发生率。Objective： To understand the cognitive level on empty nest elderly with chronic diseases in drug safety knowledge and its influence factors, and to provide basis for promotion of rational use of drugs. Methods： The self - made questionnaire was used to investigate drug safety cognitive of nest elderly who met the inclusion cri-teria in Chengdu city Sichuan province in 2015 February - September, and to analyze its influencing factors. Re-sults： The surveyed？cognitive scores on drug safety knowledge was（30. 32 ＋ 9. 78） ,drug safety knowledge cogni-tive level of empty nester elderly in different age, educational level, occupation,income level existed difference（P〈C 0. 01） ; adverse drug reaction （ADR） occurrence rate of solitary nesters and couple of empty nest elderly was compared. In terms of drug safety cognitive score,there was statistically significant difference between them（P〈C 0. 01）. Stepwise regression analysis showed that, factors that influenced medication safety knowledge scores of empty nest elderly followed by age, education, occupation, whether to accept health education of medication safe-ty and whether occurrence of ADR. Conclusion： Drug safety cognitive level of empty nester elderly with chronic diseases is low. There is a fuzzy understanding of the concept of safe medication. Empty nesters should enhance their drug safety knowledge learning. The whole society should increase activities of rationaldruguse,urge empty nest elderly medication safety,reduce the incidence of ADR.
