摘 要:为了研究七孔发射药内外弧厚差异对其燃烧性能的影响,通过密闭爆发器静态燃烧试验及火炮发射药装药内弹道试验研究了内外弧厚一致性及弧厚偏差对高能低烧蚀叠氮硝胺七孔发射药燃烧性能的影响。结果表明,当发射药的内外弧厚差异较大时,密闭爆发器试验中发射药增面燃烧阶段结束点提前,增面燃烧阶段已燃百分数由85.46%降至70.76%,燃烧时间由23.40ms增至27.75ms;发射药燃烧时间随着温度变化的敏感性逐渐加大。装药发射试验中,当外弧厚大于内弧厚时,加大了装药的初速温度系数,初速温度系数由0.54m/(s·℃)增至0.78m/(s·℃),装药质量由9.4kg增至9.8kg,最大膛压由266.9MPa降至262.6MPa。To stud y the effect o f difference between inner and ou ter web thickness o f 7-p e rf granular gun propellant on itscom bustion performance· the effect o f consistancy and deviation between inner and ou ter web thickness on the com bustion performance o f 7-p e rf azido nitram ine granular gun propellant w ith high-energy and lo w erosion was studied by static com bustiontest o f closed bom b and in te rio r b a llistic test o f gun propellant charge. T h e results show th a t w hen the difference between innerand ou ter web thickness is large, the end po in t o f progressive surface com bustion stage fo r gun propellant in closed bom b testis advanced, the burned percentage o f progressive surface com bustion stage decreases fro m 85. 46% to 70. 76% and the combustiontim e increases fro m 23. 40 ms to 27. 75 ms. T h e se n sitivity o f com bustion tim e o f gun propellant w ith the change o f thetem perature gradually increases. W hen the ou ter web thickess is bigger than inner web thickess, the muzzle velocity tem perature se n sitivity coefficient o f the charge increases fro m 0. 54 m / (s · ℃) to 0. 78 m /( s · ℃ ) , the charge mass increases fro m 9.4 k g to 9. 8 kg and the m axim um bore pressure decreases fro m 266. 9 M P a to 262. 6 MPa.
