摘  要:为了解决变槽角自调心弹簧托辊的故障数据少的问题,并提高故障树定量分析的可靠性,将灰色关联分析方法与故障树分析方法有机结合,引入到变槽角自调心弹簧托辊的故障分析诊断中。通过故障树底事件的重要度计算以及灰色关联度的计算,依据关联度的大小,将各个最小割集对顶事件的影响程度进行排序,对变槽角自调心弹簧托辊的故障模式发生的可能性进行分析判断,在19个底事件构成的19个最小割集中,对可能使变槽角自调心弹簧托辊产生事故的可能原因进行了排序,从而为准确地预防变槽角自调心弹簧托辊产生事故提供了理论依据。基于此,灰色关联理论的变槽角自调心托辊故障树分析方法可行,结果可靠。To solve the lacking failure data of variable groove angle self-aligning spring rol ler and improve rel iab il ity of fault tree quantitative analysis, this paper introduces a new method for the analysis diagnosis of the variable groove angle self-aligning spring rol ler based on combination of the grey correlation analysis method with the fault tree analysis. By calculating the importance of fault tree bottom event and grey relation grade, the influence degrees of minimum cut sets of topeevent are sorted according to the degree of the correlation. This paper analyzes and estimates probability of the failure modes of variable groove angle self-aligning spring roller, possible reasons of causing accident o f variable groove angle self-aligning spring roller are sorted in minimal cut sets in the 19 focus consisting of the 19 bottom events. The conclusion provides a scientific basis for predicting and preventing the accidents of variable groove angle self-aligning spring roller. An example shows that the method of spring roller fault tree analysis which based on grey correlation theory is effective, and the result is reliable.
