摘　　要：针对国产压裂仪表车在与不同厂家生产的压裂设备组网存在通讯不兼容问题,研制了BSJ5160TYQ压裂仪表车。整车主要由汽车底盘、厢体、供电系统、通讯系统、数据采集监测系统、泵车混砂车控制系统以及井场监视系统等组成,该型车通过在控制程序中集成不同网络通讯协议,可实现不同控制平台压裂设备的集中网络控制,且可依生产需要加以扩展。现场试验表明:该型车对不同公司、品牌压裂设备均能实现良好的数据共享,控制准确,实时性强,应用前景广阔。To solve the problem of network communication are not compatible when domestic frac instrument van use withfrac equipments set made by diferent manufacturer,this paper designs BSJ5160TYQ type frac instrument van. It mainlyconsists of automobile chassis, container,power-supply system,communication system,data collecting and monitoringsystem,control system of pump truck and blender truck,and well site monitoring system. This type of truck can realize thefracturing equipments centralized network control with the different control platforms by building different networkcommunication protocol in control program. And it can be expanded according to requests. Field test prove that the truckcan realize good data sharing,precise control and strong real-time on the frac equipments from different manufacturers.Thus it has bright application prospect.
