HPLC法测定磺胺对甲氧嘧啶片中磺胺对甲氧嘧啶的含量

摘　　要：建立了兽药磺胺对甲氧嘧啶片中磺胺对甲氧嘧啶含量的高效液相色谱测定法。以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,0.1%磷酸溶液-乙腈（80：20）为流动相,检测波长为270nm,流速为1.0m L/min,柱温40℃,采用外标法进行定量。磺胺对甲氧嘧啶的线性范围0.005~0.10mg/m L,回归方程为Area=71641.62×Amt＋3.01（n=5）,相关系数大于0.99999。磺胺对甲氧嘧啶片中磺胺对甲氧嘧啶三个添加浓度的添加回收率均均在98.2%~103.0%之间,RSD分别为0.51%、1.1%、0.87%。该方法简单,准确,稳定性,精密度好,回收率高,可以用于测量磺胺对甲氧嘧啶片中磺胺对甲氧嘧啶的含量。An HPLC method has been devloped to determine the content of sulfamethoxydiazine in sulfamethoxydiazine Tablets.With eigh teen alkyl silane bonded silica as filler,0.1% phosphoric acid solution-acetonitrile（80：20）as mobile phase.The detection wavelength is 270nm,the flow rate is 1.0mL/min,the column temperature is 40 degrees Celsius,Quantitatively by external standard method.Sulfamethoxydiazine in the linear range of 0.005～0.10mg/mL,the regression equationis Area=71641.62×Amt＋3.01（n=5）,The correlation coefficient is greater than 0.99999.Sulfamethoxy diazine tablets sulfamethoxydiazine add three concentrations werebetween recoveries were98.2%～103.0%,and RSD were0.51%,1.1%,0.87%.The method issimple,accurate,stability,precision,hig hrecovery rate,can be used to measure sulfamethoxydiazine Tablets methoxy pyrimidine sulfonamides content.
