摘 要:通过对摩擦磨损、相容性和压缩机制冷量性能等进行试验,研究炭石墨材料在压缩机运行环境下的使用特性。研究结果表明:在干磨条件下,炭石墨材料减摩抗磨效果明显,在载荷20~170 N范围内,摩擦系数保持在0.25以下,远优于铸铁材料。而在湿磨条件下,高硬度浸渍炭石墨材料显示出更好的抗磨性能。此外,石墨化后的炭石墨材料具有良好的高温稳定性,经175℃×40 d考察无析出等变化。压缩机制冷量性能试验则显示高硬度浸渍炭石墨活塞压缩机的输入功率、制冷量、能效比与量产铸铁活塞压缩机基本持平,波动在0.6%以内,具有良好的应用前景。Through the tests on the friction & wear , compatibility and cooling capacity of compressor, the characteristics of the application of graphite materials to the compressor during the compressor running are studied . The study results show that graphite materials has obvious effects against friction & wear, and the friction coefficient keeps below 0. 25 when the load is 20 N to 170 N· far lower than that of cast iron materials under the dry frictional condition. Under the wet frictional condition, the wet graphite materials with high hardness behave better wear-resisting property . Besides,the carbon graphite material has good high-temperature stabi l ity , and there is no precipitation after the investigation of 175℃ X 40 d. Through the performance tests on compressor^ cooling capacity,the power input,cooling capacity and EER of wet graphite-material piston compressor with high hardness to the compressor are almost equal to those of iron piston compressor from mass production,and the fluctuate is within 0. 6%, So this type of compressor has better appli-cation prospect.
