摘 要:地质导向技术是开发页岩气的核心技术之一,分析了页岩气储层伽马、电阻率、钻时比值等地质特征响应,结合FEWD地质导向技术的特点提出了在深层页岩气水平井钻井中应用该技术的优势。通过丁页2HF井应用实例分析,论述了应用FEWD地质导向技术提高页岩气水平井储层钻遇率的关键。丁页2HF井创造了超深页岩气井复合钻日进尺最高178 m的记录,仅用55 d完成1 035 m的水平段钻探,水平段储层钻遇率达95%。FEWD地质导向技术在丁山深层页岩气水平井的成功运用,促进了页岩气非常规能源的开发,对今后国内超深页岩气水平井的钻井施工具有重要的指导意义。Geology steering technology is one of core technologies available for shale gas development. The geologic responses such as gamma, resistivity, drilling time ratio etc of shale gas reservoirs have been analyzed in the paper, in light of the features of FEWD geology steering technology, its advantages in drilling horizontal wells for shale gas development in deep layers have been pointed out. By a case study of Well Dingye 2HF, the keys in enhancing drilling rate of reservoir formations in horizontal wells with FEWD geology steering technology have been demonstrated. Well Dingye 2HF set the record of drilling 178 m in one day for super-deep shale gas wells, and its horizontal interval of 1 035 m was completed in only 55 d, and its reservoir drilling rate of the horizontal interval is up to 95%. Successful application of FEWD geology steering technology in horizontal wells for shale gas development in deep Dingshan Formation can effectively promote development of unconventional shale gas, and provide valuable guidance for drilling horizontal wells for shale gas development in super deep formations in China.
