风道燃烧器燃烧特性试验研究

摘　　要：东方锅炉厂自主研发的第二代300 MW循环流化床锅炉,其风道燃烧器配用的油枪为中心回油油枪。针对油枪的特殊性,在启动调试过程中,对油枪的调节特性、出力以及配风方式进行了调整试验。通过试验确定了该油枪与点火枪的相对位置,油枪冷、热态下的出力以及风道燃烧器热态下的调整方式。The 300 MW second-generation circulating fluidized bed boiler produced by Dongfang Boiler Plant is equiped with central oil-reture gun in in-duct burner.Adjustment test was carried out on regulation characteristics,output and air distribution mode of oil gun during start-up commissioning.Relative positions between oil gun and firing fun were determined as well as the output of oil gun in cold or thermal state.Meanwhile,adjusting mode of in-duct burner in thermal state was confirmed.
