摘　　要：介绍了用铁芯故障诊断试验设备进行发电机铁芯试验的优点、原理和试验过程。该试验方法仅要求在铁芯中产生的磁密是正常运行时的4%,减小了试验所需的电源容量。该方法还具备试验周期短、灵敏度高、不会扩大故障点等优点,且避免了利用传统试验方法时磁通不足造成的试验误差,是检查定子铁芯片间绝缘情况的非常有效的试验手段。This paper introduces the advantages,principle and process of the generator core test with ELCID testing equipment.The requirement of magnetic flux density in the core in this test method is only 4% as that during normal operation,thus having reduced the test power supply capacity.This is a very effective test method for checking insulation between stator core chips,and it has many advantages such as short test period,high sensitivity,the avoidance of the experimental error caused by the magnetic flux shortage when using the traditional method,no expansion of fault points and so on.
