摘  要:马鞍形相贯线焊缝在以前一般都采用手工焊接,有工件生产效率低,制造周期长,成本高的缺点,同时焊接质量难以保持稳定。四轴联动马鞍形焊机的研制,可对机头的回转速度、焊枪的上下运动、焊枪角度调整等进行一体控制,实现四轴联动动作,适应实际焊接需要。The manual welding was commonly used in the saddle shaped intersection weld in the past, which has the disadvan-tages of low workpiece production efficiency, long manufacturing period and high cost, and the welding quality is difficult tokeep stable. The development of four-axis linkage saddle shaped welding machine could integrated control the rotating velocityof the nose, the welding torch moving, the angle adjustment of welding gun, etc, thus it would realize the four-axis linkagemovement, and be adapt to the actual needs of welding.
