摘  要:在现有机车液压减震器的基础之上,结合高速列车运行环境设计了一种阻尼连续可调减振器,阐述了该新型高速列车减振器的结构及工作原理。通过理论和实验分析,分别建立了阻尼力与活塞运动速度及通流面积的关系和阻尼力与输入电流之间的关系。实验仿真结果表明该新型高速列车减振器理论分析与试验结果相吻合,满足设计要求和工作需要。In this paper, a solenoid valve to control the continuously adjustable damping shock absorber is studied based onthe locomotive hydraulic shock absorbers, and the structure and working principle of the damper are described. Through thetheory and experimental analysis, the relationship between the damping force and the piston velocity with the flow area, as wellas the damping force with the input current are established respectively. The results indicate that the damper theoretical analy-sis would coincide with the experimental results, which can provide the theoretical basis for the research and development of e-lectromagnetic valve control damper.
