摘　　要：运用Experto-View Cast软件对ZG340-640铸钢车轮件的铸造工艺方案进行了设计。通过对凝固过程的模拟计算,确定该铸件容易出现缺陷的部位;针对缺陷所在的位置设计铸造工艺,并通过铸造CAE工程确定最佳的设计方案;经西部重工股份有限公司生产实践,证明按照该设计方案生产的车轮件能通过超声波探伤检验,内部没有出现气孔、缩孔、缩松等铸造缺陷,获得理想的铸件。In this paper, the investment casting scheme of ZG340-640 cast steel wheel was designed by using the Experto-ViewCast software. The position producing defects was determined by simulating the solidification process; the casting processwas designed according to the defect position to ensure that the designed casting process can effectively eliminate the shrinkagedefects in the castings by the solidification simulation. The production practice of a production enterprise proves that there aren＇t many defects such as shrinkage, shrinkage cavity and crack in the valve casting produced by this design scheme, and it canbe tested by ultrasonic testing, so this scheme can obtain the ideal castings.
