摘 要:高速异步电机在生产试验过程及实际运行当中出现振动故障的频率较高。振动故障按照其产生的原因可分为:机械振动和电磁振动两大类。各种原因产生的振动,都有其特点,在现场诊断、分析和处理当中,正是根据其振动特性,采取相应的改良措施将振动故障予以消除的。第一、通过长期的现场经验总结,采用常用的诊断方法,首先判断振动的主要类型,辨别是电磁原因还是机械原因,再进一步追溯细节原因,对症下药。第二、通过监听声音在特定的情况下为故障的诊断提供了更为直接和准确的方法。第三、对于疑难的电机振动故障,了解电机运行的相关参数非常的振动检测分析仪为疑难电机及系统振动故障的诊断和分析提供了科学、系统的渠道。There is high frequency of vibration failure in the high-speed induction motor production testing process and actualoperation. Vibration failure can be divided into two categories: mechanical vibration and electromagnetic vibration. The vibra-tion caused by various reasons has its own characteristics, and appropriate measures are adopted to eliminate the vibration fail-ure based on its vibration characteristics in the field of diagnosis, analysis and processing. Firstly, by summing up the long-term experience in the field, the main types of vibration are determined by using the common diagnostic methods, the reasonwhether it is electromagnetic or mechanical reason is distinguished, then go back further details to suit the remedy to the case.Secondly, a more direct and accurate method is provided for the fault diagnosis in a specific case by listening to the sound.Thirdly, for the difficult motor vibration fault, understanding the relevant parameters of the motor operation and the vibrationdetection analyzer would provide a scientific and systematic channel for the troubleshooting and diagnosis and analysis on thesystem vibration fault.
