摘　　要：以河北秦皇岛市生态文明建设为切入点,针对秦皇岛生态文明城市建设过程中皇岛市民生态环境保护意识薄弱,生态城市建设区域差距大资金投入不足,基础设施建设不平衡,政府管理机制和法制建设尚未完善的现状,在总结秦皇岛市城市建设取得的成绩和经验基础上,提出了城市生态文明建设中要增强市民环保意识,加强基础设施建设,优化产业结构,加强法制建设等应对措施,并充分利用和调动各方力量,以实现城市经济的可持续发展。Starting from ecological city construction of Qinhuangdao, this article discussed the present situation based on the achievements and the deficiencies in city construction. Through co-mprehensive analysis it was found that there are several deficiencies in city construction of Qinhu-angdao, such as ecological environment protection consciousness is weak, regional imbalance, und-erfunded, infrastructure development imbalance and lack of legal system. In this article, it discus-sed the solutions based on the achievements and experience in ecological city construction. We should strengthen the environmental awareness of the citizen, strengthen the construction of infr-astructure, optimizing the industrial structure, strengthen the construction of legal system. In the process of urban ecological civilization construction, we must make full use of the strength of var-ious aspects, and to mobilize all forces, realize the sustainable development of urban economy.
