摘  要:以"生本教育"为教育理念,锻炼学生实践技能和促进学生全面发展为目标,结合新能源学科领域的特点,明确了新能源科学与工程专业毕业生所需掌握的3类实践技能。从基础实践层次、专业实践层次和综合与创新实践层次三个层面规划和建设了针对新能源专业的实验项目,采用"课内学习-自主思考-课外实践-体味创新"分步骤、多层次的创新型人才培养方式,着重培养学生不同层次实践技能,为天津农村培养出大量合格的能源人才,为区域经济的发展做出应有的贡献。Based on the educational concept of “ Students-orientation” ,for the purpose of building up the students’ practical skills and promoting their all-rounds development,combining the subject char-acteristics in the field of new energy,it specifies 3 types of practical skills required to be grasped by the graduates of new energy science and engineering specialty. 1 t programs and constructs from the bas-ic practice level,the professional practice level and the synthesis and innovation level as to the experi-mental projects of the new energy specialty,by means of “ Curricular Learning - Independent Think-ing -Extracurricular Practice - Experience to Innovation” the step-by-step and multi-level innova-tion talent cultivation,focusing on training the student ’ s different leveled practical skills, in order to cultivate a large number of qualified energy talents for the rural of Tianjin and to make proper contribu-tions to the regional economic development.
