摘　　要：护理学是一门实践性很强的应用学科。护理教育承担着培养具有高水平技能、创新能力和职业素养的护理人才的任务。为此,天津医科大学护理学实验教学中心以创建国家级实验教学示范中心为契机,通过一系列实验教学方法的改革和创新型实验室的建设,不断探索护理学实验教学新模式,在国内率先开展护理学、临床医学等跨专业团队合作式实验教学模式。实践证明,通过一系列实验教学方法的改革和教学新模式的探索,提高了学生实践能力和创新能力,全面提升了护理学实验教学水平。Nursing science is a comprehensive and practical discipline. Nursing education undertakes the task of cultivating professional and innovational nursing talents of high standards. For this purpose, the Nursing Laboratory Center of Tianjin Medical University establishes a state level experiment teach-ing demonstration center aiming to reform the methods of experiment teaching and to construct innova-tive laboratory. The Nursing Laboratory Center explores new modes of nursing experiment teaching and takes priority of carrying out cross disciplinary experiment teaching by joining nursing,clinical medi-cine and other specific groups. 1 t turns out that the exploration of the Nursing Laboratory Center con-tributes to the improvement of students , practical and innovative ability,as well as to the enhancement of nursing experiment teaching.
