摘 要:随着我国科学技术的飞速发展,高等院校内许多原有的实验设备已无法适应现代教学和科研的需求。电子产品不断升级换代,更加速了实验设备的淘汰速度。大量堆积的报废设备应如何处理,已成为高校资产管理中的新课题。通过简述我国高校现行的实验设备集中式报废和分散式报废两种运作模式,分析它们各自的优势和缺陷。在此基础上提出集中-分散式实验设备报废模式。通过图示简述其运作流程,指出这种创新模式兼顾了集中式和分散式报废模式的优点;并在一定程度上克服了以上两种运作模式的缺点,为报废设备再循环利用,减少环境污染,创造了条件。With the rapid growth of science and technology in China, the existing laboratory equip-ment can no longer meet the needs of contemporary teaching and research of higher education institu-tions. The constant electronic products upgrade further accelerate the elimination speed of laboratory e-quipment. Management of the accumulated discarded equipment becomes a new topic for asset manage-ment. This article reviews the current two models for discarding laboratory equipment : centralized mod-el and distributed model. The author analyzes the pros and cons of these two models; proposes a new innovated central-distributed model; then uses charts to explain the workflows of this new model. The new model combines the pros of two existing models and overcomes the cons,therefore makes it possi-ble to improve the recycle and re-use rate of the discarded laboratory equipment and reduces environ-mental pollution.
