摘 要:学科竞赛是培养在校大学生工程素质和实践创新能力的有效载体,有着常规教学不可及的特殊创新教育功能。而对于大多数地方高校,能够参加省级、国家级学科竞赛的学生毕竟是少数。介绍了沈阳工业大学"电子技术基本技能大赛"的组织、实施过程。通过构建学科竞赛的长效机制,扩大学生参与面,引导学生重视创新精神和实践能力的培养。实践效果表明,学生的兴趣与自信心、创新意识与创新能力、系统概念等都有了一定程度的提升。竞赛的开展也促进了理论教学与实践教学的全方位改革。Academic competition is an effective carrier to cultivate students ’ engineering quality and practical innovation ability,having the special innovation education function which is not available with the conventional teaching. And for most local colleges and universities,to participate in provincial and national academic competition of the students,alter all,is a minority. This paper introduces the organi-zation and implementation process of the “ electronic technology basic skills competition ” of Shenyang University of Technology. Through the construction of the long-term mechanism of the competition, ex-pand the students ’ participation,guide the students to attach importance to the cultivation of innova-tion spirit and practice ability. Practical result shows that students’ interest and self-confidence, inno-vation consciousness and innovation ability,system concept,has a certain degree of improvement. The competition also promotes the comprehensive reform of the theory teaching and practice teaching.
