摘 要:为了获得高辐射率的红外陶瓷材料,以分析纯的氧化铁、氧化钴、氧化铜、碳酸锰、氧化铋、碳酸镁粉末和粒度≤0.1 mm的工业纯的滑石和高岭土等为原料,采用高温固相法合成尖晶石型铁氧体和堇青石粉体,通过二者复合制备了过渡金属氧化物固溶于堇青石结构的高辐射率红外陶瓷材料,考察了尖晶石型铁氧体加入量(w)为0、10%、20%、30%、40%时对红外陶瓷材料的结构和性能的影响。采用XRD和FTIR分别对样品进行物相和红外吸收率表征,同时采用红外发射率测量仪测试了样品的红外发射率。结果表明:采用高温固相法合成了复合型尖晶石,而且随尖晶石型铁氧体的引入,Fe^(3+)、Cu^(2+)、Mn^(2+)等过渡金属离子固溶于堇青石的晶格中,替代了部分Mg^(2+)的位置,使堇青石晶相趋于不完整,晶体结构无序度增加,红外陶瓷材料在8~14和1~22μm波段的发射率增大。当尖晶石型铁氧体含量为40%(w)时,在8~14μm波段的发射率可达0.955,1~22μm波段发射率为0.857。This work aims at preparing ceramics with high infrared emissivity. Analytically pure Fe203, Co2〇3,CuO,MnC〇3,Bi203,MgC〇3,talcum ( ≤ 0.1 mm,industrially pure),kaolin clays,high temperature solid state synthesized spinel type ferrite,and cordierite powder were used as starting materials to synthe-size high infrared emissivity cordierite ceramics solid-solved by transition metals oxides. The effects of spi-nel ferrite material addition (0,10% ,20% ,30% ,and 40% by mass) on structure and performance of infra-red radiation ceramic were inspected. The phase composition and infrared absorption spectrum of the samples were characterized by XRD and FTIR. The infrared emissivity of the materials was measured by an infrared emissometer. The phase analysis shows that composite spinel can be synthesized by solid sinte-ring and with the addition of spinel type ferrite increasing,Fe3+ ,Cu2+ ,Mn2+ irons enter the crystal lattice of cordierite,replacing partial Mg2+ ions and increasing the crystal disorder,so the infrared emissivity of the ceramic material increases in ranges of 8 -14 nm and 1-22 nm. When the spinel type ferrite content is 40% ,in wavelength ranges of 8 -14 nm and 1-22 nm,the infrared radiation emissivity of the materials can reach 0.955 and 0. 857, respectively.
