摘  要:为了研究均化现土熟料的使用范围,以质量分数为30%的5+ 3 mm、2 0 %的 3 -1 mm、2 0 %的≤1 mm 的均化矾土为骨料,以12%的≤0.074 mm的棕刚玉粉、1 0 %的≤0.074 mm的鎂砂粉、5 % 的≤2 mm的 a - Al20 3 微粉、3%的≤0.088 mm的 Si0 2微粉为基质粉,外加0.2%的减水剂制备了均化矾土基铝镤浇注料,并采用 FactSage?热化学软件建立了熔渣对该浇注料侵蚀的热化学模型,同时通过动态抗渣侵蚀试验研究了其抗渣侵 蚀机制.结果表明:1)渣蚀后接近热面附近的骨料周围会生成较大的裂纹,对试样的抗渣性能产生不利的影响;2)均化矾土基铝鎂浇注料与熔渣反应,反应产物为CA6、复合尖晶石、 C2AS、 CAS2 等;3 )热化学模拟结果表 明,均化矾土骨料与熔渣反应时,表面生成约62.5 pm厚的CA6层,使得其向渣中的溶解为间接溶解,而基质与 炫淹反应时,未生成ca 6层,For the study of application range of homogenized bauxite grogs, homogenized bauxite based Al203-Mg0 castables were prepared using 30% homogenized bauxite (by mass,the same hereinafter,5 - 3 mm) ,20% homogenized bauxite (3 -1 mm) ,and 20% homogenized bauxite ( ≤1 mm) as aggregate, 12% brown fused corundum powder (≤0.074 mm),10% magnesia powder (≤0.074 mm),5% a-AI203 micropowder ( ≤2 nm) ,3% Si02 micropowder ( ≤0.088 mm) as matrix materials,and extra-adding 0.2% water reducer. A thermo-chemical model was developed for the corrosion of homogenized bauxite based Al203-Mg0 castables by molten slag through FactSage? software. The corrosion mechanism was investi-gated through the dynamic testing method. The results show that: (1) large cracks form around the aggre-gates near the hot face after the slag test,which have negative effects on slag resistance; (2) CA6,com- posite spinel,C2AS and CAS2 form when the molten slag reacts with Al203-Mg0 castable; (3 ) the thermo-chemical simulation results indicate that a CA6 layer with thickness about 62.5 nm forms on the surface,re-sulting in indirect dissolution of aggregate into s la g;but no CA6 layer is formed when the matrix reacts with the molten slag,showing direct dissolution of matrix into slag.
