社会转型期藏族传统体育文化的发展与传承——以四川藏区为例

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、田野考察法等研究方法对藏族传统体育文化的发展和传承进行分析,发现区域经济社会为藏区传统体育活动的开展创造了物质条件,区域经济社会促进了藏区节庆体育活动更加规范化、市场化、产业化,提出藏族传统体育文化与休闲健身活动的融合与发展的路径。Through literature study and field study, this paper analyzes the development and heritage of Tibet-an Traditional Physical Culture, and finds that the regional economic community can not only provide material con-ditions to the Tibetan traditional sport but also promote Tibetan area sports festival more standardization, marketiza- tion and industrialization, eventually puts forward the strategies of Tibetan traditional physical culture and leisure activities.
