新常态下南京经济转型升级能力综合评价研究

摘　　要：立足经济转型升级内涵和南京发展阶段性特征,从经济发展、自主创新、结构调整、城市功能、资源集约、民生改善等6个方面构建评价指标体系,对南京经济转型升级进行评价。结果表明,近十年来南京经济转型升级总体趋势向好,但主要领域转型升级差异分化,从突出市场与政府、结构调整、科技创新、经济与社会和谐等方面提出相关建议。In this paper,based on connotation and Nanjing development stage characteristics of economic transformation and upgrading,construct evaluation index system from the six aspects of economic development,independent innovation,structural adjustment,urban functions,resource intensive,improvement of people＇s livelihood,to Nanjing Economic Transformation and upgrading of evaluation.The results showed that nearly a decade to Nanjing Economic Transformation and upgrading the overall trend for the better,but mainly in the field of transformation upgrade differentiation,relevant suggestions are put forward from the aspects of market and government,structural adjustment,technological innovation,economic and social harmony.
