国家高新区对高新技术产业的溢出效应研究

摘　　要：基于国家高新区与高新技术产业的耦合性,从三维度选取9项指标,利用弗森伯格空间溢出模型和主成分方法,测度国家高新区对高新技术产业的区域溢出效应。分析表明2007-2013年国家高新区溢出效应呈现"V"型特征,并且沿东北-西部-中部-东部方向递减,与高新技术产业的协同增长效应呈现两极分化。按溢出协同效应强弱,将国家高新区省域集聚关联模式分为高溢出高协同、高溢出低协同、低溢出高协同、低溢出低协同4种,以期分类指导。In the background of coupling of national hi-tech zone with hi-tech Industry,this paper chooses nine indexes from innovation driven,social contribution and benefit promotion.Verspagen spatial spillover model with principal component are used to measure regional spillover effect of national hi-tech zone upon hi-tech Industry.The results show that spillover effects of national hi-tech zones from 2007 to 2013present V style,decrease along northeast-west-central-east dimension,and synergistic growth effects present polarization.According to the two effects values,this paper divides correlation models of national hi-tech zones into four styles：high spillover and high synergy,high spillover and low synergy,low spillover and high synergy,low spillover and low synergy,which can give different guidance to different categories.
