摘　　要：采用SWOT方法全面梳理了RDA内在优势与劣势以及外部环境的机遇与挑战,并分析出RDA在我国并将成为与国际接轨的编目规则。利用毛泽东关于创造的论述所提出的"四个所有"论述了我国编目馆员如何迎接RDA的变革,提出编目馆员应转变观念,接受新生事物,应加强学习,关注RDA研究动态,应严谨治学,加强学术交流,希望通过个体的创造性活动加速引领RDA的变革。The strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats （SWOT） analysis method is applied to tease out the inherent advantages and disadvantages of RDA, as well as its external environment opportunities and challen-ges. RDA will become the cataloging rules in our country keeping up with the international standard. By using Mao Zedong’s “four all” exposition of creation,the paper discusses how catalogers can meet the change of RDA in China, who should change ideas,accept new things, reinforce learning, focus on the dynamic research of RDA, keep a rig-orous academic attitude and strengthen academic exchanges, hoping to accelerate the transformation of RDA through individual ’ s creative activities.
