摘 要:针对湖北某地典型的高硫铝土矿进行了浮选脱硫试验研究,采用单因素试验方案,重点考察了磨矿细度、矿浆p H值、捕收剂用量、抑制剂用量、活化剂用量及起泡剂用量对浮选脱硫的影响,得到了浮选脱硫的最佳条件。在最佳条件下,采用两粗两精两扫工艺流程可将原矿中的硫含量由3.56%降到0.25%,达到了氧化铝工业生产要求;同时获得了S品位24.05%、产率10.94%的合格硫精矿。Flotation processes were introduced lor desulfuration ol typical high-sullur bauxite in Hubei Province. Optimized parameters for flotation desulfurization were proposed according to the single factor experiment, where the influences ol grinding lineness, pulp pH, and dosage ol collector,inhibitor, activator and frother on desulfurization effect were intensively studied. With a flowsheet consisting ol two stages ol roughing, two stages ol cleaning and two stages ol scavenging,the sulfur content can be reduced from 3.56% lor the raw ore to 0.25% for the bauxite concentrate, which meets the requirements lor alumina production. Meanwhile,a qualified sulfur concentrate grading 24.05% with a yield ol 10.94% can be produced.
