摘  要:随着城镇化、工业化的快速发展,社会、经济与资源环境之间的矛盾将越来越突出。为有效识别流域内各城市的复合系统协调发展状况,该文从社会、经济、水资源、水环境4个方面选取了26个指标构建了淮河流域城市复合系统协调发展评价体系,采用改进的TOPSIS模型,评价了淮河流域(河南省)9个城市的社会经济水资源水环境协调状况,并识别了影响协调发展状况的主要因素,对未来城市社会经济资源环境协调发展指出主要方向。With the rapid development of urbanization, industrialization,the contradiction between society,economy and resources environment will be more and more prominent. To effectively identify coordinated devel-opment of cities composite system in the basin,in this paper, from the four aspects of society, economy, water re-sources and water environment,26 indicators areselectedto build the Huaihebasincity composite system coordi-nated development evaluation system. With the improved TOPSIS model, the coordination between society, econ-omy, water resources and water environment of nine cities in Huaihebasin(Henan province) is evaluated, and themain factors affecting the coordinated development are identified, which has pointed out the main direction forthe coordinated development between society, economy, resources and environment in the future cities.
