山区农民收入对城镇化的响应强度与机制研究——以武陵山片区秀山县为例

摘　　要：运用协整检验、向量自回归、脉冲响应函数等分析方法,以1979~2014年秀山县农民人均收入及城镇化综合指数为基础数据,对该县农民人均收入与城镇化水平之间的关系进行研究。结果表明：秀山县农民人均收入与城镇化水平在研究期内不断提高,农民人均收入增长与城镇化发展之间存在较强的正向交互响应作用,长期响应作用更明显、更稳定。秀山县应结合自身实际情况制定推进城镇化发展和促进农民增收的长期政策。This paper, by means of co-integration test, vector auto-regression and impulse response function, etc. has a study on the relationship between farmers＇ per-capita income and the urbanization based on Xiushan farmers＇ per capita income from 1979 and 2012 and the comprehensive index of urbanization. The results show that Xiushan farmers＇ per capita income and the urbanization level are constantly increasing during that time and that farmers＇ per capita income has a positive response to the development of urbanization, the long-term response of which is more obvious and stable. In view of this, Xiushan county should formulate long-term policies to promote the urbanization and farmers＇ income in accordance with its actual situations.
