摘  要:主题公园是一种现代旅游目的地形态和未来旅游产品的一个重要趋势。伴随智慧景区的建设浪潮,面对不断散客化、休闲化的市场需求以及2016年年初开园迎客的上海迪士尼乐园。我国主题公园该如何与时俱进,注重内涵建设,提升游客满意度,增加重游率已成为重要的研究课题之一。本文首先对智慧景区和游客满意度的相关研究进行文献梳理和理论总结,结合主题公园独特的经营特点,构建了智慧景区视角下主题公园游客满意度测评指标体系;其次,以苏州乐园为例,通过对其游客满意度的问卷调查和IPA分析,得出苏州乐园在游客满意度方面的综合表现;最后,根据分析结果,提出提升苏州乐园游客满意度的对策建议。Theme park is a form of modem tourism destination and a trend of tourism products in the future. With the construction of smart scenic spots, and market demands becoming more leisure and individual, and the opening of Shanghai Disney land in early 2016, for local theme parks in China, how to Keep Up With the Times, pay more attention on the connotative construction, how to improve satisfaction of tourists and increase the loyalty of guests, which comes a very important research topic in this field. This paper reviews firstly the researches and literatures related to the smart scenic and customer satisfaction, a theme park visitors? satisfaction evaluation system is built in the view of smart scenic combining with the operational characteristics of the theme park. Sec-ondly, Suzhou amusement park as an example, through questionnaire survey of satisfaction and IP A analysis about it. According to the results, suggestions and measures about how to improve the satisfaction in Suzhou a-musement park are given at last.
