摘 要:介绍了一种功率因数高、零电压开关的数字化开关电源,分析了功率因数校正电路的工作原理、零电压PWM软开关的工作过程、超前桥臂和滞后桥臂的谐振过程。推导了软开关实现条件的数学表达式,说明了谐振电感与谐振电容的选取,并针对占空比丢失现象,分析了形成原因。最后,根据理论分析设计了一台样机。试验验证了理论的正确性、设计的合理性。Digital PWM zero voltage switching (ZVS) power supply with features of high power factor and less switching loss was designed. The working principle and characteristic of the active power factor correction and the working process of the zero voltage PWM switching and the resonant process of the leading-bridge and the lag-bridge were shown. The realization of ZVS has a direct relationship with resonant inductance and resonant capac i tan c e , the mathematical expressions of the condition to realize ZVS were derived. In the meanwhile, the selection of resonant inductance and resonant capacitance was explained. The duty ratio loss is the special phenomenon of ZVS circu it, directly influencing the output power. The reason of the duty ratio loss formation was analyzed in the text. Finally ,a prototype was developed based on the theoretical analysis. The accuracy of the theories and the rationality of its function designs were verified by experimentation.
