摘　　要：拳击竞赛中仲裁人员以往主要通过仲裁录像与回放的方式监督管理裁判和比赛,这种方式存在时效性差、可移植性低、无法融合竞赛信息等问题。为此,研究并设计适用于拳击竞赛的仲裁服务系统,实现仲裁视频按需即时回放与赛后存储等功能,同时完成竞赛视频与竞赛信息的结合。系统基于流媒体传输技术及网络通信技术实现,利用开源平台Nginx搭建流媒体服务器,使用XML进行竞赛数据交换。系统已成功实施于第一届全国青年运动会拳击竞赛项目,经过验证,系统运行可靠稳定,实时性好,满足竞赛仲裁的实际应用需求。In boxing competition, the arbitration video playback is performed for arbitration andsupervision of the referees and the matches, which has such disadvantages as poor timelines and lowportability and cannot mix the competition information. The arbitration service system is designed for theboxing competition to replay arbitration video instantly on - demand and store video after the match,meanwhile, complete the combination of competition video and competition information. Based onstreaming media transmission technology and network communication technology, the open streamingmedia source platform Nginx is used and the competition data is exchanged by XML file. This system hasbeen implemented successfully in boxing competition in the 1st Youth Games of the Peoples Republic ofChina. The verification is shown that the system is stable, reliable, real - time and meets requirements ofthe actual arbitration application.
