摘  要:【背景】2 0 0 6 年我国广东地区发现由木尔坦棉花曲叶病毒(CLCuM uV)侵染引起的朱槿曲叶病,但有关该病害在朱槿植物上的发病率、传播介体- 烟粉虱隐种的组成尚未见报道.【方法】在广东省广州和清远地区对感染CLCuM uV的朱槿植株进行抽样调查; 利用mtCOI引物扩增鉴定烟粉虱隐种种群组成.【结果】调查表明,广州和清远地区朱槿上CLCuMuV的发病率分别为53.98%-71.78% 和38.42%-45.27% .烟粉虱种群均为M EAM 1和A s ia H 7 隐种的混合种群;广州地区烟粉虱种群中A sia H 7 隐种的比例为6.25% - 17.71% ,清远地区A sia H 7 隐种的比例为76.25% - 89.17% .【结论与意义】随着带病植株种植范围的扩大以及可传毒烟粉虱隐种的扩散, CLCuMuV很有可能大范围扩散流行,应做好防控监测工作.【Background】The Cotton leaf curl Multan virus( CLCu Mu V),transmitted by the whitefly Bemisia tabaci was first reported in Guangdong Province in 2006. Due to the cryptic species structure of the B. tabaci complex,the interacton between the CLCuMu V and the whitefly in southern China is not clear. 【Method】We investigated the CLCu Mu V infection rates and identified the cryptic species of B. tabaci in Guangzhou and Qingyuan cities in Guangdong Province. 【Result】The percentage of China rose plants( Hibiscus rosa-sinensis) infected with CLCu Mu V was 53.98% ~ 71.78% in Guangzhou and 38.42% ~ 45.27% in Qingyuan. The whiteflies were a mixture of MEAM1 and AsiaⅡ7,with the latter being in the minority( 6.25% ~ 17.71%) in Guangzhou but forming the majority( 76.25% ~ 89.17%) in Qingyuan. 【Conclusion and significance】With the sick plants range expansion and poison cryptic species of B. tabaci diffusion,CLCu Mu V is may spread in large scale,prevention and monitoring work should be developed.
