摘　　要：为了评估站址及天面高度偏离对4G网络覆盖的影响,从铁塔公司运营的角度分析了站址及天面高度偏离的原因,基于选定的标准模型,采用定性分析的方法阐述了网络覆盖指标与站址或天面高度偏离之间的关系,并采用定量分析和仿真验证的方式评估了站址及天面高度偏离对网络覆盖的影响大小。研究结果表明,站址及天面高度偏离将会降低4G网络的覆盖,建议运营商在4G网络建设中重点关注。In order to evaluate the impact of site location and height deviation on 4G network coverage, the reason for the deviation was analyzed regarding China Tower＇s operation, then the relationship between network coverage and the deviation was illustrated with means of qualilative analysis based on the chosen standard mode, finally the extend of the impact of the deviation on network coverage was evaluated by means of quantitative analysis and simulation. It is suggested that operators should focus on the impact because research shows that the deviation has negative impact on network coverage.
