观察“冬病夏治”穴位贴敷、针刺、拔罐综合治疗产后痹的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察"冬病夏治"穴位贴敷及针刺、拔罐、走罐综合治疗产后痹的疗效。方法:将产后痹患者106例随机分为贴敷组和针刺照射组,每组53例;贴敷组给予穴位贴敷、针刺、拔罐、走罐综合治疗。针刺照射组采用针刺穴位配合TDP照射治疗。观察治疗前后2组患者症状、体征改善情况,采用疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)法、尼莫地平法和疗效指数评分法判断疗效。结果:贴敷组临床治愈率60.38%,总有效率96.23%,针刺照射组临床治愈率37.74%,总有效率84.91%,2组比较临床治愈率贴敷组明显高于针刺照射组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);总有效率贴敷组高于针刺照射组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:依据"冬病夏治"原理,采用穴位贴敷、针刺、拔罐、走罐综合治疗产后痹疗效确切,方法简单。Objective： To investigate clinical effects of＂winter disease cured in the summer＂ acupoint applica- tion, needling, cupping and cupping moving in treating postpartum arthralgia. Methods： All 106 patients were ran- domized into acupoint application group and needling combined with irradiation group, 53 cases each group; acu- point application group received comprehensive therapies of acupoint application, needling, cupping and cupping moving, needling combined with irradiation group needling and TDP irradiation. The symptoms and body signs im- provements of both groups were observed before and after treating, clinical effects were assessed by adopting VAS method, nimodipine method and clinical efficacy index scaling method. Results： Clinical cure rate of acupoint appli- cation group was 60.38%, total effective rate 96.23%, higher than 37.74% and 84.91% of needling combined with ir- radiation group, the difference had statistical meaning in the comparison of clinical cure rate between both groups （P〈0.01）; acupoint application group was higher than needling combined with irradiation group in total effective rate, and the difference showed statistical meaning （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： According to the principles of＂winter dis- ease cured in the summer＂, comprehensive therapies of acupoint application, needling, cupping and cupping moving are effective and simple in treating postpartum arthralgia.
