麻疹合并肺炎患儿发热出疹期中药擦浴护理效果  

Nursing Effects of Herbal Sponge Bath for the Children Suffering from Measles Complicated with Pneumonia at Fever and Eruption Stage

摘　　要：目的:观察麻疹合并肺炎患儿的中药擦浴护理效果。方法:将麻疹合并肺炎发热出疹期患儿117例根据随机数字表法分为治疗组59例和对照组58例,2组患儿在常规中西药抗感染、抗病毒及其他支持治疗的基础上,治疗组患儿加用中药擦浴护理,对照组患儿加用温水擦浴护理,比较2组患儿体温变化、2次发热间隔时间、皮疹出齐时间及重症并发症发生率。结果:治疗组患儿中药擦浴后60、90分钟的平均体温分别为(38.08±1.15)℃和(37.41±1.23)℃,与对照组的(38.64±1.02)℃、(38.12±1.48)℃比较明显降低(P<0.05);体温恢复到正常时间(4.62±2.21)天与对照组的(5.56±2.37)天相比明显缩短(P<0.05);皮疹出齐时间(2.72±1.06)天与对照组的(3.36±1.24)天相比明显缩短(P<0.05);重症并发症发生率(5.08%)与对照组(18.97%)相比明显减少。结论:麻疹合并肺炎患儿出疹期予中药擦浴护理,可有效降温,缩短退热、透疹时间,降低重症并发症的发生率。Objective： To observe nursing effects of herbal sponge bath for the children suffering from measles complicated with pneumonia. Methods： All 117 children were allocated to 59 cases of the treatment group and 58 cases of the control group according to random number table method. On the foundation of routine anti-infection, an- tiviral and supportive treatment both groups accepted, the children in the treatment group received herbal sponge bath and the control group warm sponge bath, the changes of body temperature, the intervals between the fevers, the time of rash eruption time and the incidence of severe cases complications were compared between both groups. Re- sults： Average body temperature of the children after herbal sponge bath in 60 minutes and 90 minutes in the treat- ment group were （38.08±1.15） ℃ and （37.41±1.23） ℃, they decreased obviously compared with （38.64±1.02） ℃ and （38.12± 1.48） ℃ of the control group （P〈0.05）; the time of body temperature returning to normal was （4.62± 2.21）d, they shortened compared with （5.56±2.37）d of the control group obviously （P〈0.05）; rash eruption time was （2.72± 1.06）d, it shortened compared with （3.36± 1.24）d of the control group notably （P〈 0.05）, the incidence of se- vere case complication was 5.08%, lower than 18.97% of the control group apparently. Conclusion： Herbal sponge bath for the children suffering from measles complicated with pneumonia at fever and eruption period could effec- tively reduce body temperature, shorten the time of lowering body temperature and eruption, and decrease the inci- dences of severe complications.
