摘　　要：从原因分析、预防措施、护理措施3方面入手探讨肛肠术后尿潴留原因及中西医护理措施,指出中医在预防和护理肛肠术后尿潴留方面独具特色,而且简单易行,疗效已得到证实,应大力推广应用,护理人员还应积极关注国内外对肛肠术后尿潴留护理的新研究,为其提供及时、有效的护理措施以减轻患者痛苦。The reasons of urinary retention after anorectal surgery and the measures of integrative medicine nursing were discussed from the reasons, prophylactic measures and nursing measures, it＇s pointed out that TCM owned the unique features in preventing and nursing urinary retention after anorectal surgery, it＇s simple and feasible, and therapeutic effects were verified, TCM should be spread in clinic, the nurses should pay attention to new study about the care of urinary retention after anorectal surgery at home and abroad actively, hence to provide timely and effective nursing measures, and to relieve the pain of the patients.
