摘  要:为评价过氧乙酸戊二醛复方消毒剂对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞的杀灭效果,进行悬液定性和悬液定量杀灭试验。结果表明,该消毒剂对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞的最低有效杀灭浓度为1∶256,最短有效杀灭时间为5min,在该浓度下作用45min或浓度1∶64作用7.5min均可100%杀灭枯草杆菌芽胞。研究结果表明,该消毒剂对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞有较强的杀灭作用,为其进入临床应用提供了基础数据。In order to evaluate the germicidal effect of acetic acid peroxide disinfectant glutaraldehyde compound, the qualitative germicidal test of suspension and the quantitative bactericidal test suspension of were used to Bacillus subtilis black variant. The results showed that the minimum germicidal concentrationcon of disinfectant to kill Bacillus subtilis black variant was 1: 256,and the shortest effect time to kill Bacillus subtilis was 5 rain. The spores of Bacillus subtilis black variant could be completely killed at the concentration of 1 :256 in 45 min or at the concentration of 1 :64 in 7.5 rain. The results suggested that the disinfectant had strong killing action to Bacillus subtilis black variant spores. It laid a theoretical foundation for the clinical application of the disinfectant.
