摘　　要：犬呼吸道冠状病毒与大家熟悉的肠炎型犬冠状病毒不同,该病毒属于第2群冠状病毒,常见于犬传染性呼吸道疾病的早期,主要侵害上呼吸道并引起轻度呼吸道症状,在临床上易并发与其他呼吸道病原体的混合感染。该病毒最常存在于气管和咽扁桃体,推荐的诊断方法为RT-PCR,治疗主要是防止继发感染,目前尚无针对该病毒的疫苗用于预防此病。为了更加全面和深入地认识该病毒及其所引起的疾病,论文从该病病原学、流行病学、临床症状、病理变化、发病机理、诊断、治疗和预防等方面进行综述。Canine respiratory coronavirus （CRCoV） is unlike the well-known enteric canine coronaviruses （CCoV） ,and belongs to group 2 coronaviruses. It is frequently detected at the early stage of canine infec-tious respiratory disease（CIRD） and mainly damages the upper respiratory tract,leading to mild respiratory symptoms, the co-infection with other respiratory pathogens is easily found in clinic. This virus most oftenexists in tracheas and pharyngeal tonsils, RT-PCR is the reccommnded method to make diagnosis. As to treatment, the main work is to control secondary infections. Currently,there is no vaccine against the virusto prevent the disease. In order to know CRCoV and the causing disease more completely,the etiology,epi- demiology, clinical symptoms, pathological lesions, pathogenesis, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of thedisease were reviewed in this paper.
