摘  要:为快速确定拼焊板焊缝力学性能,基于硬度试验提出一种获取力学性能的简易方法。通过理论分析确定所需参数与材料硬度之间的量化关系。选择7种不同材料,采用反求法计算各自的硬化指数。焊缝硬度值取焊缝区硬度分布的积分中值。根据硬化指数与硬度值的关系,用幂律拟合对Swift硬化模型进行修正,确定硬度值与修正系数的关系。通过硬度试验,获取垂直焊缝方向的硬度积分中值,获得母材及焊缝的力学性能。以AISI 1005拼焊板为例,比较计算与试验结果,发现母材和焊缝的力学性能均吻合良好,证明所提出的方法适用于快速识别拼焊板焊缝力学性能。To quickly determine the weld mechanical properties of the tailor welded blanks(TWB),a simple method was proposed based on the hardness test.Assuming the base material and weld follow the Swift hardening law,the quantitative relations between the model parameters and the materials hardness were determined using the theoretical analysis.The hardening exponents were obtained using reverse method based on the selected seven different stress-strain curves.The integral mid of the hardness distribution in the weld zone perpendicular to the weld was taken as hardness value.The Swift hardening models were modified by power-law fitting based on the relationships between hardening exponents and hardness values,and further the relationship between the hardness values and the correction factors was acquired.For the tailor welded blanks with base material AISI 1005,the comparing results show that the calculated mechanical properties of the weld and the base material are in good agreement with those from the experiments,which indicates that the proposed approach is correct and effective.
