经济型连锁酒店空间布局及影响因素研究——以长沙市为例

摘　　要：选取长沙市区的152家经济型连锁酒店作为研究对象,运用Arc GIS软件和SPSS软件研究长沙市经济型连锁酒店的空间布局特征和影响因素。研究发现:因长沙市经济型连锁酒店发展起步较晚,酒店布局呈集聚分布;经济型连锁酒店品牌呈"多品牌、同质化"的特点;长沙地铁等交通线路的开通将引领长沙市经济型连锁酒店空间布局的新潮流;交通区位、经济、CBD商圈、地价、人口密度和旅游景区聚集是影响长沙市经济型连锁酒店分布最显著的因素。长沙市经济型连锁酒店未来将呈"中心密集、边缘扩散、网状式"的结构分布。This paper elects 152 economical chain hotels in Changsha as the research object, then researches the spatial distribution characteristics and influencing factors using the ArcGIS and SPSS. The results show that： The hotel layout shows concentration distribution, because of late development of economical chain hotel in Changsha; Economical chain hotel brand shows the characteristics of ＂ multiple brands, homogeneity＂ ; Opening the subway and other transit lines in Changsha, it will lead the new trend of the spatial distribution of economical chain hotel in Changsha; The traffic loca-tion, economic, CBD area, land price, population density, concentration of tourist attractions are the most significant factors influencing the distribution of Changsha economical chain hotel; The distribution structure of Changsha economical chain hotel will show ＂ central- intensive, edgediffusion, netlike＂ in the future.
