摘 要:基于2012年中国家庭追踪调查数据(CFPS)对中国居民收入、受教育程度与政府公共服务供给满意度之间的关系及其作用机制进行实证研究。结果发现,居民收入和受教育程度是影响政府公共服务供给满意度的重要因素。其中,绝对收入对政府公共服务供给满意度具有显著的正向作用,并与之呈倒"U"型关系,相对收入与政府公共服务供给满意度之间呈不显著的负相关;受教育程度与政府公共服务供给满意度之间呈稳定的正相关关系,且受教育程度对收入与政府公共服务供给满意度的关系具有调节作用,这些结论对政府工作具有一定的参考意义。The data from 2012 Chinese Family Panel Studies (CFPS) are applied to investigate the relationship between the income and level of education of residents and their satisfaction with government's public service supply. It was found that the level of in- come and education is an important factor in satisfaction with government's public service supply. People's absolute income has a positive role in the satisfaction with the government's public service supply, and with an inverted " U" shaped relationship. Resi- dents' relative income has insignificant negative correlation to satisfaction with government's public service supply. Education levels have a stable positive relationship to satisfaction with government's public service supply and can adjust the relationship between res- idents income and their satisfaction.
