摘 要:试验旨在研究日粮添加有机锌、锰对产蛋中后期蛋鸡生产性能及蛋品质的影响。选取65周龄海兰褐商品蛋鸡600只,随机分为5组,每组6个重复。对照组基础日粮添加无机锌6.00 mg·kg^(-1)、锰3.00 mg·kg^(-1);试验组1:锌6.00 mg·kg^(-1)、锰3.00 mg·kg^(-1);试验组2:锌11.00 mg·kg^(-1)、锰8.00 mg·kg^(-1);试验组3:锌16.00mg·kg^(-1)、锰13.00 mg·kg^(-1);试验组4:锌21.00 mg·kg^(-1)、锰18.00 mg·kg^(-1)。试验期4周,每周测定其生产性能,每10天测定蛋品质和血液生化指标。结果表明,试验组采食量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且试验组2和3料蛋比最小;平均产蛋数随时间增加显著减少(P<0.05);蛋壳颜色随时间增加显著变深(P<0.05);各试验组血红蛋白浓度均显著高于对照组,其中试验组2最高,显著高于其他各组(P<0.05);蛋黄颜色随时间的推移数值上减小,且第1和第2个时间点数值上显著大于第3个时间点(P<0.05);蛋白高度、哈氏单位在各组间及各时间点间差异均不显著(P>0.05)。结果表明,日粮添加有机锌、锰可以有效地改善产蛋中后期蛋鸡生产性能及蛋品质,其中在日粮中添加有机锌11.00 mg·kg^(-1)(羟基蛋氨酸锌65.09 mg·kg^(-1))、锰8.00 mg·kg^(-1)(羟基蛋氨酸锰57.97 mg·kg^(-1))效果最佳。To investigate the effects of organic trace minerals Zn and Mn supplemental levels on egg quality and production performanceof laying hens, a total of 600 Hyline variety brownlaying hens aged 65 weeks were randomly divided into 5 groups per group with 6 replicates and 20 hens per replicate. Experimental groups were control group(basal diet add inorganic Zn 6.00 mg · kg(-1)and Mn 3.00 mg · kg(-1)) and four treatment groups(basal diet add4 supplemental levels of organic Zn and Mn, Group 1: Zn 6.00 mg · kg(-1)and Mn 3.00 mg · kg(-1); Group 2: Zn 11.00 mg ·kg(-1)and Mn 8.00 mg · kg(-1); Group 3: Zn 16.00 mg · kg(-1)and Mn 13.00 mg · kg(-1); Group 4: Zn 21.00 mg · kg(-1)and Mn 18.00 mg · kg(-1)). The egg qualities were detected in each 10 days and production performance was detected by week. The results showed that the supplementation of inorganic Zn and Mn significantly increased feed intake com-pared with the control group(P〈0.05), and group 2, 3 showed the smallestratio of feed to egg. Egg shell color changed significantly with time(P〈0.05). Hemoglobin concentration in each test group was significantly higher than that in control group(P〈0.05), and group 2 was the highest, significantly higher than other groups(P〈0.05). The color of egg yolk decreased with time significantly(P〈0.05). The albumn height and haugh units in each group didn't show significant difference(P〈0.05). Taken together, diets adding with inorganic Zn and Mn had certain improvement to egg quality and production performance of laying hens in the late period. The addition of 11.00 mg ·kg(-1)Zn and 8.00 mg · kg(-1)Mn in diet showed a better effect in the present study.
