摘  要:为研究枯草芽孢杆菌高耐菌株泡腾制剂对肉鸡生长性能、盲肠肠道菌群的影响,将3日龄AA肉鸡1 200只随机分为6组,每组200只,试验1~4组饮水中分别添加枯草芽孢杆菌高耐菌株泡腾粉、枯草芽孢杆菌高耐菌株泡腾颗粒、枯草芽孢杆菌高耐菌株泡腾片、枯草芽孢杆菌普通菌株粉剂各1 kg·t^(-1),试验5组在全价基础日粮中额外添加15%杆菌肽锌预混剂266 g·t^(-1)。结果表明,枯草芽孢杆菌高耐菌株泡腾制剂可以提高AA肉鸡平均日增重、提高平均日采食量、降低料肉比、降低死淘率、降低腹泻率,优于枯草芽孢杆菌普通菌株粉剂,优于或与杆菌肽锌预混剂相当。极显著增加21日龄、42日龄AA肉鸡盲肠中芽孢杆菌数量(P<0.01)、双歧杆菌数量(P<0.05或P<0.01)、乳酸菌数量(P<0.05),显著降低大肠杆菌数量(P<0.05)、沙门氏菌数量(P<0.05),优于枯草芽孢杆菌普通菌株粉剂,优于或与杆菌肽锌预混剂相当。In order to study the influence of highly resistant bacteria of Bacillus subtilis effervescent preparation on growth performance and caecum microbiota and intestinal villus of broilers. One thousand and two hundred healthy AA broiler chickens at the age of 3 were randomly divided into six groups, with 200 broilers in each group.The first to forth group were supplied with highly resistant bacteria of Bacillus subtilis effervescent powder, highly re-sistant bacteria of Bacillus subtilis effervescent granule, highly resistant bacteria of Bacillus subtilis effervescent tablet and bacillus subtilis common powder 1 kg · t-1in drinking water, respectively. The fifth group were supplied with266 g · t-115% bacitracin zinc premix in basal diet. The results showed that highly resistant bacteria of bacillus subtilis effervescent preparation improved average daily gain, average daily feed intake, and reduced feed conversion rate, death and culling rate and diarrhea rate, and was better than Bacillus subtilis common powder, and was better than or the same as bacitracin zinc premix group. The highly resistant bacteria of Bacillus subtilis effervescent preparation could remarkable increase bacillus numbers(P〈0.01), Bifidobacterium number(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01), and lactic acid bacteria number(P〈0.05) in cecum in 21 and 42 day, and remarkable reduce the number of E.coli(P〈0.05), the number of salmonella(P〈0.05), and was better than Bacillus subtilis common powder, and was better than or the same as bacitracin zinc premix group.
