孟鲁司特钠联合阿奇霉素对支原体肺炎儿童免疫功能及肺功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察孟鲁司特钠联合阿奇霉素对支原体肺炎(MPP)儿童免疫功能及肺功能的影响。方法:将100例MPP儿童依据纳入顺序单双号随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组给予阿奇霉素治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予孟鲁司特钠。治疗2周,观察两组免疫功能指标(IgG、IgA、IgM和CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+)及肺功能指标(FEV1、FVC、PEV及MEF50)的变化。结果:(1)治疗后,两组IgM、IgA均明显下降而Ig G明显上升(P<0.05);CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+明显上升而CD8^+明显下降,观察组治疗后IgM、IgA、CD8^+显著低于对照组治疗后,IgG、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+显著高于对照组治疗后,同期比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后,两组FEV1、FVC、PEV、MEF50均明显上升,观察组治疗后FEV1、FVC、PEV及MEF50与对照组治疗后比较显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:儿童MMP在阿奇霉素治疗的同时联合应用孟鲁司特钠,对免疫功能紊乱的调节力度更大,更有利于改善肺功能。Objective： To observe the effect montelukast sodium combined with azithromycin on immune function and pulmonary function of children with mycoplasma pneumonia（ MPP）. Methods： A total of 100 MPP children according to the inclusion sequence were divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given azithromycin,and the observation group was given montelukast sodium plus. After 2 weeks,immune function（ Ig G,Ig A,Ig M and CD4,CD8,CD4 /CD8） and pulmonary function（ FEV1,FVC,PEV and MEF50） were compred between the two groups. Results： 1After treatment,Ig G,Ig M of the two groups decreased and Ig A increased obviously（ P〈0. 05）; CD4,CD4 / CD8 of the two groups increased and CD8 decreased significantly（ P〈0. 05）; Observation group after treatment,Ig M,Ig A,CD8＋were significantly lower than that in the control group,Ig G,CD4-＋,CD4-＋/ CD8-＋were significantly higher than that of the control group treatment（ P〈0. 05）. 2After treatment,FEV1,FVC,PEV and MEF50 of the two groups increased significantly（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,FEV1,FVC,PEV and BPT of observation group were significantly higher than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Combination of montelukast sodium can regulate immune function disorder and improve lung function of MPP children.
