摘  要:目的:本研究对腔内钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石效果进行分析,探讨其对患者体内氧化应激蛋白的影响,为临床治疗提供参考。方法:选取120例输尿管结石患者进行分析,研究腔内钬激光碎石术的临床治疗效果,分析患者血清中氧化应激蛋白水平的变化。以本院同期健康体检者120例为对照组。结果:120例输尿管结石患者经腔内钬激光碎石术治疗后手术成功113例,失败7例,成功率为94.2%,患者平均结石排净时间为(28.4±11.2)d,平均手术时间为(58.9±10.7)min,术后住院时间为(3.8±1.2)d;输尿管结石患者血清中氧化应激酶NOX1,NOX3,NOX4和NOX5及炎症因子白细胞介素2、白细胞介素6、白细胞介素10和TNFα明显高于对照组(P<0.05),经腔内钬激光碎石术治疗后上述异常的氧化应激酶蛋白水平明显恢复,且与治疗前相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腔内钬激光碎石术对输尿管结石患者具有良好的治疗效果,且治疗后患者血清中的氧化应激蛋白及炎症因子水平明显降低。Objective: To investigate the effect of lumen holmium laser lithotripsy on serum oxidative stress proteins and inflammatory factors of ureteral calculi patients. Methods: A total of 120 ureteral calculi patients in our hospital from May 2010 to Nov2014 were enrolled in this research,another 120 cases of healthy subjects in our hospital at the same period were taken as control. The effect of lumen holmium laser lithotripsy on serum oxidative stress proteins and inflammatory factors were compared. Results: Among the 120 cases,113 cases showed successful operation,with a success rate of 94. 2%. The operation time was( 58. 9 ± 10. 7) min while the hospital stay was( 3. 8 ± 1. 2) d. The results also showed that the NOX1. NOX3,NOX4 and NOX5 and IL2,IL6,IL10 and TNFα were increased significantly in ureteral calculi patients( P〈0. 05) and these parameters were normalized significantly after operation( P〈0. 05). Conclusions: Lumen holmium laser lithotripsy exerts a significant effect on oxidative stress parameters and inflammatory factor of ureteral calculi patients.
