摘 要:建(构)筑物爆破拆除振动的研究以塌落振动为主导方向。利用混凝土块的重复倾倒来模拟建(构)筑物爆破拆除的倾倒过程,并采集由此产生的塌落振动信号。探索减震沟内填充物变化对塌落振动衰减的影响。在倒塌方向开挖减震沟,减震沟内填充物依次为空气、黄沙、水,对采集的数据信号进行分析。对测点2采集的试验数据与无沟相比分析可知,空气、水和黄沙最大峰值振速依次下降了54.51%、28.12%和48.43%。综合分析可知,填充物为空气时减震效果最好。通过HHT法分析可知,测点2在填充物分别是空气、水和黄沙时,与无沟相比能量衰减62.5%、20.8%和37.5%,进一步证明填充物为空气时,减震效果最好。This paper intends to make a simulated study of the collapse process of the constructive structure due to the blast demolition by utilizing the repetitive collapse of the concrete blocks in hoping to acquire the collapse vibration signs or indicators that can help to be given in the collapse process by using the artificial intelligence measuring and detective instruments for the blast vibration,the signal converter of the constant current source and the piezoelectric speedometer. The goal of the present study should thus be mainly focused on how to reduce the impact of the collapse vibration on the surrounding environment via the dampingditch. And,for this purpose,we have made a thorough analysis of the acquired vibration signals of air and water in case and the yellow sand can be refilled in the damping ditches. At the same time,we have also explored the impact of the infilling change in the said ditch on the collapse vibration signal attenuation. To achieve the purpose,we have to excavate the damping ditches in the collapsing direction with infilling in the ditch with air,yellow sand and water successively and successfully. The comparative analysis between the testing data acquired at test point No. 2 and the point with the ditch prepared let us make clear that it would be possible to reduce the maximal peak vibration speed under the surrounding conditions by the rates of 54. 51%,28. 12% and48. 43%,respectively. Furthermore,a comprehensive analysis we have done also proves that the idealistic damping effect can be gained on the condition when the air infilling is done. Further analyses done with the HHT method reveal that,as compared with the point wherein there is no ditch provided,it is possible to reduce the energy consumption on the second test point by rates of62. 5%,20. 8% and 37. 5%,respectively. Thus,so far we have proved that the damping effect can be made optimized on the condition when air is in-filled with yellow sand and water followed by.
